What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
We want you to be 100% satisfied* with your Cannon Creek Rustic Home purchases. If you’re not, we will take it back and refund your money minus shipping and handling fees.** All we ask is that you contact us within 10 days of receiving your furniture; we'll be glad to help you through the return shipping process.
*This guarantee applies to online sales only.
**Special orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Custom orders are nonrefundable.
10 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY
Damaged item - We will replace any damaged item at no cost to the buyer, as long as we are notified within 5 days after merchandise has been received.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our website, you can return the merchandise within 10 days from the day received and we will refund your money excluding any shipping fees. Just email or call us to obtain a (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorisation and we will guide you to where the return item can be shipped to. All merchandise must be adequately packed and insured before returning. Any custom orders, special orders, clearance products, gift certificates and bulk orders are nonrefundable.

The furniture is actually uncarted here at our facilities and then is shipped out, this takes out any possiblity that your purchase may not arrive anything less than you would expect, Remember we said you are going to love your experience with us. In the rare case that you might have a problem or issue come up, just call us and we will take care of it. Don't worry we will guide you through how to take care of any issue.
